Began the day with a canal boat ride through to the centre of the city. Probably the best perspective of the city since it takes in the historical development of Amsterdam. Loved the variety of house boats, some with lovely gardens. Apparently they cost in the region of 100-200k Euro, becoming more expensive as they get closer to the city centre.
