The only gators we saw on the tour were right next to the safari park itself, but we did see a turtle and a bunch of river birds. We also saw our own lives flashing before our eyes because we ...

What is it with this week??? Wasn't it enough to get lost and almost run out of gas at night in the Delta after fireworks on the 4th? I guess I should be thankful the pilot found a place to lend, but all I want is to be cranky and complain. ...

Historical Traveler Reviews Hotel Nash Llc Miami Beach
Enjoyed our stay, fair value
We enjoyed ourselves. A little loud, but so is every place on Collins. Staff isn't the most friendly, but it's not like they ignore you or don't get what you need. The room is nice, though no closet space. Great bar and the pool area was fun to sit and relax in. Fair value for what we paid.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nash ... great boutique hotel
We stayed at the Nash in early October and were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were not overly friendly but pleasant enough. The room was great, very modern, clean, white duvets, with modern tv and cd player. We stayed in one of the garden rooms and it was a good size with double bed and chair. Bathroom was fantastic with a great double stainless steel shower. The 3 spa pools were lovely after we figured out how to turn on the jets! This was our first time in south beach and the location was ideal. One block back from the beach and close to all the restuarants, bars, and clubs, but far enough away that you don't get lots of noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return to miami.
Beautiful, Clean, Friendly Staff!
Hotel Nash was so much more than what I had expected. The pictures you see online, are exactly what you get. Clean rooms, spacious enough, clean white linens, clean bathrooms. Any request we had was immediately taken care of by the staff.
I don't see what more anyone could ask for. Great location on top of that too. One block off the beach. Few blocks to all the hot clubs and bars. Three lovely spa pools which we took full advantage of. We walked passed tons of our hotels, and my girlfriend went into a few of them, and Hotel Nash was hands down the nicest. Without thinking twice I would stay here again!!
Art Deco at its Best!
My partner and I spent a weekend at Hotel Nash in South Beach and we were extremely impressed with the decor and style of the hotel and rooms. Very eclectic. Bring along a CD with Chillout music and pop it into the stereo they provide in your room, dim the lights, kick off the shoes, and this makes for a great romantic stay. Appealing to both gay and hetero couples. It truly makes South Beach feel as beautiful and exciting as it should be. Right around the corner is a legendary gay club called "Twist", known to be very cruisy and have hot male dancers. Makes it convenient to be just a block away. A must try !!!
The Staff Couldn't have tried ANY LESS
We go to South Beach every year and try to stay somewhere different each time. The Nash generally had good reviews but we were disappointed from the minute we arrived. The front desk clerk didn't acknowledge our arrival or look up until we "ahem'd" him. We were advised that check in was not until 3, so he did not check us in... although it wasn't crowded so I'm sure our room was ready anyway.
We bought some beach towels (to take home) and housekeeping took them to the laundry. After getting no response from the clerk, we discussed with the manager, who said he laundry was sent out but he would contact and have them returned. You could tell he was talking trash. When they never were returned, upon checkout we mentioned it again and he said they would mail them to our home. HAHAHAHA. Never happened.
The whole time we stayed, NO ONE smiled, said hello, goodbye, have a nice day or anything.
Truly disappointing. Please stay somewhere else.
Hotel Nash is #1
I always stay at the Hotel Nash when in Southbeach. I love the location - and the staff is completely awesome, they know the area well and are so helpful in finding the best shopping and dining. I will not stay at another hotel in Sobe!!
Great Location but Robot Staff
The hotel is situated at a great location just one block away from the strip and the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Although the staff responded to our requests, they had no expressions of happiness, joy, sadness, or nothing. This hotel is just average but if you are looking for location and a bit of quietness then its ok. The question is what do you expect for $130 to $160 per night?
Tres ordinaire...........
I've read reviews and stayed multiple times, and each time wonder why....The staff are AWFUL.....and contrary to a recent posting it does not matter if you are straight or gay.....there are indescriminate in how AWFUL they are....they are impersonal, unprofessional and rude. The Nash is not about customer service in any respect. The rooms are adequate, but showing wear and tear and incredibly noisy...........A recent stay included having family members in the Duplex, which was not clean, and had dysfunctional AC... the front desk were rude andu unhelpful when alerted to the deficiencies. I immediately moved my party and I to The Tides which for approximately the same rate provided friendly professional, attitude free staff, first class service and gracious accomodations. At the rate at which properties turn over in South Beach if I owned the Nash I would look carefully at the AWFUL staff!!!!!!!!!
Hetrosexual's beware !
Great hotel, location is exellent ... art deco building refurbished with taste. but... front staff are very strange. If you're not gay...don't expect that great level of service you would expect from other quality hotels. Seems they don't like hetro-sexual invading there space. At least that's what we felt. Basically, great hotel but without the smiles and greetings !
Loved the Hotel Nash!
This was our first night in Miami Beach. We were only staying at the Hotel Nash for one night before we explored the Keys. I was very impressed with the hotel. The aromatherapy throughout the hotel was very soothing. The shower in our room with the rain-shower shower-head was Great! along with the mint/sage shampoo and condition and rosemary body cream. The bed was very comfortable. The 3 pools outside the hotel with whirlpool jets were very refreshing! It is located only one block from the beach! We will definately be returning!
