    ... fabulous. We are greeted by the lovely Veronika and made to feel very welcome. Everything about the place is classy. Our suite of rooms is bright, clean and welcoming. The guest areas are filled with interesting objects and books describing the region.

    ... loved it all the same! We got back on the bus next and after a short drive we stopped for lunch and had chicken noodle soup. Eventually we arrived at our hostel in Budapest, the biggest hostel I've ever seen. We walked over to the Danube River and got on a boat cruise which took us down the river while we ate a three course meal. Unfortunately the food was not great, goulash soup, pork tenderloin and chocolate mousse, but ...

(Thomas Butter) - that story of the marketing people were sent to Africa and the one sales man said they would not make a go of it because nobody wore shoes, and Butters other salesman came back to said to him that they would make a lot of money because no one wore shoes.

    ... to Slovakia, where snow covered the ground everywhere. Temperature started to reach negative around these areas as we see the ground fully capped with snow in all directions. The stop-by at Banská Bystrica is mainly for lunch and we only visited a small town square filled with Christmas markets. In the center of the town square there is a small soviet WWII Memorial, engraved with the names of the Soviets that lost their lives liberating Slovakia from Nazi Germany.
