... to mention this was our honeymoon...while this didn't result in an upgrade, it felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves! I think we saw 3 other couples the whole week! This also meant that we had great service from the hotel managers who remembered us by name and room number, especially one particularly chatty night manager. ... bag who if a horse she would just take out on the street and shoot in the head. Then again, she still might:)) My knee is gone, so is my back and upon arrival I fell coming downstairs (of course) and my right ankle is twice its size. Hey ho, if I get to the stage where I can't walk, sipping coffee and reading a good book or watching the world go by is far more interesting in SA than in Brisbane.

We had breakfast at the hostel then Kerry headed to the beauticians and Steve went to the beach at the bottom of the street we are staying. Kerry joined not so long after before we headed back to the hostel to get ready for the water park.
