    Mardel is however much better with its pedestrian crossing lights than Buenos Aires. Here, they count down from 40 seconds which is far kinder than the 10 seconds in Buenos Aires for the many Argentinian retirees who live here not to mention this decrepit old bag.     ... coming out so we got off the bus and chilled out on the beach for the rest of the sunlight hours. This beach was packed and full of holidays makers, it was difficult to find even a small space to lay our towels out. Once we had got settled and was chilled out, the whole beach were on their feet.
