... egg in it - it was bizarre! It was topped with some raw tuna with wasabi, which was delicious. Obviously, a meal doesn't seem to be complete without miso, so there was also some of that heating on a burner at our table. During day 2, we ventured beyond the borders of Tokyo city and drove a few hours out of town to check out Mount Fuji.

Our first stop was at a strawberry farm where the students were allowed to fill up on some freshly grown strawberries that were just rip for the picking.
