... look untidy. Also guys with weed eaters, hedge clippers etc ( a guy has to have his tools). Apparently they do it once a month. The only locals who weren't in on the act were the ones that had decided to go fishing. Maybe we could do this in Auckland although I'm not sure the turnout would be as large. You really had to see it to believe just how many people were out doing "the clean up".

I only got to bed after 1am and was up before 5am to get a good shot of Mt Fuji. The plan was to meet the guys I'd been drinking with last night but they were a no show; I wasn't surprised as I only got up because the girls in the room across from me made so much noise getting up.
