... our first sailing with Seaborn. This we did and it was a happy occasion for all. Special hor doevres, pink champagne and a time to meet other passengers. Of course we chatted to quite a number. It was fun :) Dinner again and then up on the top deck to watch the ship leaving port in the glow of evening! Next on to a 'show' in the 'Grand Salon' with a great vocalist - Toni Warne- a finalist on BBC's The Voice UK. Another most memorable day- ...

... trying to pass off as a modern mode of transport is full of snot! Yep, cough and splutter, and blow and sniff and, my particular favourite on public transport, the backward snort as they swallow. This was also a very popular sport on the plane over, particularly with asian males. Not a hanky in site. And then the crying began. Driving north of Marseille we travel through countryside of vineyards, olive trees, sunflower fields and reach quaint medieval villages that stand the test of time! Lourmair- a quaint village with an ancient medieval castle. Roussillion- a colourful village with a local ocher mine, 14 different colours of ocher paint the houses of Rousillion. Gordes- again a beautiful village with narrow cobble stone streets and cute flower pot displays arranged on ...
