Inside you will find gouda cheese and whatever else you want - nutella, dulce de leche, chocolate sauce, etc. At first the combination of cheese and something sweet seems strange, but altogether it tastes delicious!

So, our first introduction to the Caribbean wasn't such a great success, but there is so much yet to come!

I must admit - after the first few days of being here we did feel a bit like "what have we done coming here?" I think the frustration of finding somewhere to live coupled with the heat and the contrast in lifestyle has shocked us a bit. Now we're feeling a bit better as we're getting to know the area more and have got to know a few people. Hopefully we'll be out of the hotel and in a house somewhere ...

So after 6 or so weeks on the road Montys planning still isn't that flash. In making attempt to get down into Belize i was a little slow in reaching the border town in Chetumal so needed to stay for one more night.

This is maybe a good point to reflect back on my Mexico experience. I have to say that it blew me away in so many respects. All of my expectations were exceeded and any apprehensions unfounded.
