... picked up so we are literally rocking and rolling back and forth. Rather eerie when you can't see outside anymore. I guess they have done this trip numerous times. Time to go and find something to eat I think. OMG. Never take the fast jet from Santorini to Athens. Nearly eight hours later we finally arrived! ... light. Dips included fava, spicy cheese, tzatziki, eggplant, and taramasalata. With drinks an affordable €20 all up.

The walk back was lovely and romantic with town and accommodation lights glowing along the edge of the cliff and soft lighting along the path making the notable ascent home more bearable. The air was still warm and we passed through smells ranging from grilled meats, seafood, drinks and cigarettes, to warm donkey and star jasmine.

... water to swim in, although I imagine to be very busy during the summer months. I didn't make it to the winery, as I had had enough wine at this time. Asked for a white wine with lemonade and asked if I wanted a lemon squeezed into the wine!?! There was a wee boat which took people over to the beach from the port in Naoussa for 5euro. I wasn't overly impressed with Naoussa and probably could have done with one night spent here, however it was an experience. And on to Ios!!!!! ...
