They do bizaa things in the rooms as well, for example they will build a lovely big bathroom and put the shower in the corner so it sprays against the wall and not on you??? Despite a sloped floor to a drain. Anyway the hotel was a bit **** but we knew it would be as all the hotels in the area are overpriced and a bit ****. ... too far away meant you were going down "the fast way." There were times when we had to repel down vines, and just hope the person behind you didn't cause a rock slide.
To be honest, if I would have known how tough it would've been, there would be no way I would've tried it.

Once we finally went up the 200 meter hill, and down on the other side, we arrived at the most serene river bend ...

... to sack off the weird rug and shared Laura’s sleeping bag on the finding Nemo bed (although I insisted on the football pillow) and hit the lights. We could hear a strange gargling noise coming through the woven bamboo walls and couldn’t work out if it was our neighbour strangling himself to death to avoid staying here, or if he was just snoring.

Surprisingly we both must have slept as we were awoken 2.5 hours later at 3am by the alarm. At this point ...
