    ... Much of the construction going on around the city is in preparation for this event which will be huge by all accounts. I won't be around to see the final product or visit the Expo unfortunately but there are plenty of buildings that have already been completed that are quite incredible.

    We went to the new National History Museum, which had excellent displays of gold, including from horses that were buried with the Golden Man (I learned there were seven Golden Men).     Thank you all so much for your prayers for safe travel. God was gracious and we arrived with all our luggage (19 bags!) and a minimum of discomfort from airplane food and leg space. :)
