... entirely new and pristine. The inside is entirely new and equally amazing! We went to lunch at a traditional German restaurant - there were lots of locals inside and we took it as a good sign. I was not disappointed! I finally had a German sausage with sauerkraut and it was so delicious! We are back on the bus now and just crossed the border into the Czech Republic! Straight onto the train this morning to get to Munich as early as possible. Very grateful that the station was right next to our hotel. It takes about six hours to get to Munich from Dresden by train and I was happy to spend the day napping on the train. Feeling better but still not 100% this was perfect timing. ... renovations - possible damaged in the 2012 flood? We came through an industrial area with Usti in sight. There is a huge rock quarry on the western side of the town that is chewing away at what appears to be the blue metal used on roads.

... missed on our exploration of the sleepy Sunday town. He also took our photo and promised to email us and.. The most exciting part of the whole day... Gave me a Kamenz pen! To remember our time in this little town. 'You must come back!' He said as he rushed to meet his date.
