The last, the Votive Church, was very much under construction so we did not see the interior, but it reminded me of Notre Dame in Paris with its flying buttresses and gargoyles. The lady at the reception let us in though, to use the showers, which was so nice of her! We went down and got a glorious shower, we're finally clean! I waited on the couch for Darren, and by the time we were done, we could check in, so we dropped off our bags to our room, where we had ...

... grabbed our bags from the hostel and filled out some postcards over a beer before heading to the train station. We waited there for our train, which was late, only to find out after we boarded that the AC was broken and it was HOT out. The train had only about 4-6" high windows per car so there was very little airflow… so hot. I would guess it was around 90F or higher. But, we survived and arrived in Munich a little later than ...
