    ... though I prefer the Porsche. They take the approach of a walk through the history of the motor vehicle, tied to world historic events occurring at the same time. This was then supplemented by themed displays such as buses; trucks; "helping vehicles" like ambulances, snow ploughs etc; celebrity owned Mercedes including Princess Di's, the Popemobile and others; and concept development cars.

    ... We then had many many predrinks and got introduced to looping Louie, who by the way is not a friend of mine! Night life was ppl just partying in the streets, it's all a bit cloudy is all we will say about that.... :p Flight to Budapest was the roughest I have ever experienced. Good thing for puke bags. Now we are in our party hostel, baths tonight woo! Hope my liver will survive this city, if not perhaps I can find one on the black market, this is Eastern Europe right? ...

    The museum had a corresponding exhibition that featured Udo Lindenberg, a famous German rock musician and sometime artist. Apparently he was also a Porsche fanatic and there were many ties between his work and the Porsche. Not my cup of tea, but interesting German social history nonetheless.

    We did also do a little walking around the city area of Stuttgart, and despite being a manufacturing city of over 600,000 people had some excellent park and garden ...

    ... salad bar that seemed to be popular. Very strange procedures. Gave you a card on the way in. You go up to the cooks, tells them what you want, they take your card, enter your meal and then you pay and eat. The place was kind of amazing and the food not all that bad.
