I woke up and headed back to my hostel. Don't remember much about the day but Karen came out to San Antonio and we went out and danced at La Topa. It was a pretty fun time. Also, I took a free yoga class during the day at El Viajero. It was my first time and was difficult but I was definitely relaxed afterward. I also went out to dinner with some people from the hostel and we had a great ...

It was quite an intimidating situation as non salsa specialists so we stayed firmly glued to our seats and I avoided all eye contact! However, we knew that the following night we'd have to get involved. Friday consisted of a lie in and a visit to the centre. We saw a few churches, plazas and drank in a "cantina" with a few old men. Really, Cali is ...

... me… Game 2 was pool and as a Brit I knew that I could win this one. We only had one game and I won! But only because Linda potted both the black and white on her last shot! Not really deserved but I blame the humidity here which can really put you off your game. After a good lunch we finally moved on to my favourite game and the thing I had really been looking forward to – Tejo! It is a uniquely Colombian game in which grown and mostly old men throw big metal weights ...
