... we were supposed to be walking from we had to take a canoe for about an hour down the river. Here we saw loads of birds and even a wild crocodile which was quite cool. They had two type of croc there: a safe type that only ate fish and dangerous type that liked to try and eat people... We saw the dangerous type! A brush with death indeed. We arrived at the start of the walk and within about 2 minutes of getting off the boat our guide had run off telling us to be quiet and stay ...

It's nice to be in Kathmandu again. The food here is so great. 2 days ago Steven and I went to an amazing Chinese restaurant called Kylin in Thamel. I was invited by Yu Ching, a really nice Chinese woman who has been living in the guesthouse for the past 3 months practising yoga and meditation. ... waiting room and tried to make one large Sprite last for 10 hours.

Two very, very worn out travellers eventually arrived in Bangkok airport, happy to be somewhere new but also needing a lot of sleep.

So that's where we are at the moment planning on visiting some of Bangkoks many temples and galleries in the next few days. Oh and a few more bars along the way.....
