I was welcomed by heavy rains in haridwar. I had heard a lot about landslides causing lot delays during monsoons and seeing heavy rains in haridwar and almost knee deep water everywhere made me loose all hopes of completing the trip successfully . we had tight schedule and there were absolutely no chance of extending the trip .
