    ... in these big urns that they make kimichi pickles in. They believe that to make food more sustainable we need to waste less produce and by preserving food we will make it last longer and waste less. We also like a room that was filled with the big urns they used and different food were projected onto the urns. It was awesome .     ... with this shopping caper. Enough! Cocktail time!. Found an open air bar at the top of the La Rinascenta shopping centre. Same height as the Duomo.
