... crashed! I woke up today, Friday, at 7 because my host dad was taking me to the Milan EXPO. Now since no one knows what the heck that is... I will explain. Every country has their own pavilion where they create a building to go with the topic. The topic this year was Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life. It was an honor to go here because it only happens every 5 years and is a big deal to be only an hour away from me. I have some pictures ...

... Tim loved the diving boards. We've had many delicious meals thanks to Holly. The other night we went for pizza and Tim ordered what he thought was salami, but turned out to be a salmon pizza ;0) A few more things are the caves that we toured around Porlezza, and then zip line experience yesterday! Quite a rush! Today we are off to a mini vacation to Cinque Terre, Lucca, and Florence. Oh yes- we also took a ferry from Mennagio to Bellagio! ...

Amy was like, 'Really, you were basically almost on all fours half of the time, you preferred that?' I started laughing and thought, actually I prefer neither. Next time, I will be sure to book a room in town and not ...

... 1) The Last Five Years: a romance musical film. Too much singing. I get musicals have a lot of singing, but my type of movie musicale is like the high school musicals. Perfect harmony between the acting and singing in order to create a game changing movie that tops box offices and the charts. Not this film, that although starred my girl Anna kendrick had like 2 lines of dialogue for the whole thing. Don't recommend it unless the Momma Mia film rocked your world. 2) The sound ...

    First full day in Milano

... inside first to look around. Didn't cost to go in but had to pay 2 euros to take pictures. Well worth it. Just spectacular. Took lots of photos and then came across some relics of previous cardinals. Interesting but also a bit creepy. Went I to the crypt and treasury as well. Then went outside to go up to the terraces at the top. Paid 12 euros to use the lift. Fantastic views and architecture on the top. Just like I saw on the ...
