... also found a Farmazia for stuff but the fish oils are rare and very expensive here. We eventually had a very hot, very long walk home. The heat challenged both of us but I have a cough and it was a struggle. Cool down and now Craig is watching the Tour du France as they are cycling where he and Terry went cycling.

... it was under the cover. It had a beautiful beam of thorns across the top. A really beautiful cathedral but then we haven't come across too many ugly ones!!! We went for a coffee at the palace coffee shop to regroup and wonder what our next move would be. we headed off in research of the other cathedral that interested Brent - Our Lady Help of Christians. Slight change of plans - we left Roma at 2pm driving out easily - thank you Sarina (Tomtom) and headed for Asti - Guido navigated the autostrada like a champ and no wrong turns thru the crazy Genoa labyrinth of tunnels. Got in at about 9pm and headed out for some sparkles and dinner.
Gianni and Luca looked after Gran and Papa Tuesday morning visiting the local market and exploring the medieval centre of beautiful Asti. Guido and I headed off to attend a family funeral nearby. Sad ...
