It feels like we are in Cairns central only everyone speaks Italian! We find a few items but the kids find a lot more. We spent a few hours there then head back to Fagnano and stop off at the Black Wolf pub for some coffees. We have dinner at Pappi's and get to bed by 11pm. It's an early night.

Very pleased today to be at sea. It's been non stop for us for over two weeks now - so really nice to just chill and do nothing much. Which is exactly what we did. Late breakfast, swim in the adults pool at the far end of the boat. The seawater was smooth, calm and glassy and we passed the volcanic island of Stromboli which was steaming away nicely. Looked very ethereal with all the sea mist and the glassy water. Then we sailed ...

... Italian politics and way of life, we walked the little town and looked in some shops. We drove back to the house and checked out "The Olive Garden" or olive groves on the Turano property. The youngest tree was planted in 1905 and the rest are between 300-400 years old! At night we went to Cesare and Gina's house for an outdoor dinner (starting at 9:30 PM!), and once again, relaxed and enjoyed the fresh mountain air. I can definitely get used to ...
