    ... factory. Have I mentioned how much cheese we've been eating? Probably not, because it's embarrassing, but we have had a lot and it's delicious. Anyways, we learned how to make cheese and had a few (too many) samples. The woman giving the tour said she drank the whey that is separated from the curdles every day because although it tastes gross, it's amazing for your skin and she was the youngest looking 75 year old I've seen. Beautiful skin! ...

    ... local Stamppot dish and this is what we order along with a 7-dish traditional taster starter and a Malbec 2013. Meal over with and back to Amnesia for a farewell puff. Head back to our hotel but stop off at a cafe called Waffles & Crepes so we popped in and had a waffle and a crepe! Stop off for a massage for an hour and then to our room at art' otel where we order a final pair of tiramisu and a bottle of Sauternes....ahhh ...

    ... as the Rodeo Drive of Amsterdam. Some high end stores and really nice vehicles. I saw my first ever Bentley convertible. Gor-jus!!! Next up was the Flower Market where there were some beautiful flowers. I was surprised, though, because many of the vendors here sold bulbs and seeds, but only a few had real, live, fully grown flowers. The ones that were there were spectacular. We finished our day with a canal cruise and were really glad we did. We got the sense that ...

    ... By the way, I'm sure you can guess what we had for our tea tonight. We found an excellent website about Alkmaar: We had an email from our nice young host Marsel this evening. He said if we needed any help getting things up the stairs any time to let him know. We think maybe he looks down from his window above us as we stagger home at the end of the day, and wonders if we're going to make it up to our appartment.
