      ... This was the kick at the end of the day because it was slightly up hill and when you are at the end of a long day it is really tough, physically and psychologically. 162km, 2550m of ascent.
      But here we are, fed, watered and having had a bit of nap. Time to scout out a restaurant. The brasserie Cafe de la Paix gets good review. Then I need as much sleep as I can get. Tomorrow will be a tough one that includes the Tormalet - the giant of the Pyrenees.
