... set up where we prepare individual pans of cheese and toppings which are placed under the grill. When the cheese is melted you scrap it off onto a precut potatoe on your plate. The Tischgrill is a hot stone ontop of the grill where we cooked the meats and some vegetables. I even tried cheese, curry powder and pears, which was surprisingly yummy. It was a lot of fun and so delicious and we ate way more that we probably should off.

... Joel and I had the afternoon to ourselves and go a few groceries as we wanted to cook dinner for the family tonight. We got home and after warm showers relaxed with a cup of hot tea and did a bit of work until Brigitte and Eric came home.

to the falling snow making the track unusable. But we got to see the bob-sleds and the track which was really cool.

As we were walking towards St Moritz we walked past the skeleton run and heard a bit of commotion. As we got to the run we saw that the men were not deterred by the snow and were doing time trials. Skeleton sledding is different as it is solo and you race head first. Sounds a bit crazy ...

... a bit of lego skills from Eric. I learnt how to make a traditional Swiss meal of potato Rosti with fried eggs, and creamed spinach, and then a family tradition of mustard carrots and sprouts.
