... I had to walk back to the previous stop which meant walking back past the protest at the cop shop. There were more loud bangs and I spotted a and older couple jogging away but most folks were just milling around. I think the couple thought it was actual gunfire. It was a bit spooky as there seemed to be a lot more tension in the air than before, but I kept walking on by and no trouble popped up while I was there. I wonder what they were protesting. I think I've seen at least ...

... walk of the tour. After another very steep and winding bus ride to the parking area we caught the funicular up to the walking path, following the direction of Sant Joan. We walked (mainly up hill) to a rocky platform, where we stopped for a picnic lunch with great scenic views. The interior had a really rich and warm feel and the music they played the whole time we were there was this fantastic mix of sixties, seventies and eighties tracks. The menu del dia was pretty good too. If anyone has Spotify you can listen in to their playlist. Sat up with Warren until late listening in on their music back at the apartment. Went to bed and many ...

... As we got up to leave we couldn't find Andy's wallet! The ***** had stolen it off the table right under our noses! She used her piece of paper to cover it so we didn't remember it was there! Sneaky *****! So now we have no cards at all!!! Luckily we have cash but definitely not enough to last us the rest of the trip! After we noticed the wallet was gone it just seemed so obvious! But it just didn't occur to us while it was happening. So gutted! But oh well at least we still have ...

Day 8 7:45 wake up call. Headed to Spain today. So excited!!! It's supposed to be beautiful but I'm so tired I'm not sure I'll be able to stay awake for the ride. Plus it's 6 or 7 hours so that's valuable sleep time! Just stopped in Arles for a few hours. Saw some old theaters and something to do with van goh. Honestly I was sleeping till we got there so I missed the history part. I'm sick of looking at buildings. Totally uninterested. All the streets and churches are starting ...
