    ... so fast for soooooo long and three times a night seven days a week ...they certainly had some decent muscles going on !! Met this delightful italian family the girls were 4 and 8 and loving learning English with me ...better than my italian !! Subway home ...proud of myself !! Then Wanda around hoping a bar near home would be going off with the footy and I can join in ... But nuddaa nothing nothing ...strange.this is the big event home with a half bottle ...

    ... nice steak and an even better wine. I had only meant to have some lunch (it was 4pm by this stage) and keep moving.     This morning we departed Mont Blanc early as we had a full day ahead of us. First stop was cava tasting at the beautiful Codorniu winery.
