      ... we are now.

      We were pleased to find some lovely changes in the center, most importantly improved internet. Good enough that I can actually write my blog from my room. In rural Spain sometimes even cell signals are elusive, so good speed internet can be a miracle!

      Lots of other things have been spruced up, new beds and linens. New menus with more options offered beyond juicing and of course the usual array of workout and educational classes ...

The trip to the market was the best time I have had in months, the market was huge and bustling, with everything imaginable on sale and it was a joy to get fruit, veg and honey from local suppliers instead of the poor stuff on sale at the supermarket.       ... the town which we walked up to and there were little shops and cafes outdoors on the cobbled streets.

      We went into the castle which was now a museum and walked around. It turns out that it was a bit of a family mansion and there were old antiques from when they lived there.
