... noticed Octo was really quiet. I asked him if he was excited. He asked me if the ladder was safe, he kept focusing on the ladder, i asked him what he was worried about, then we spent the next 10 minutes talking about entering the water, lack of visibility and sharks. I was able to reassure him by explaining that we would be buddies, if anything happened I would be there to help and we could always resurface and cut the dive short, he seemed happy with that.
