Excellent accomodation

I would like to say this is a top class hotel, the staff and amenities are very good. I went in a party of 4 adults and we all had an excellent time.

Great value

We"ve been before, and we"re going again. The staff,the food and the entertainment can"t be faulted.,its locality is ideal for the beach, the shops and the bars. Both Me and My Wife think the Hotel is great, and our two boys aged 8 & 6 can"t wait to go back.

Poor hotel

the hotel monaco probably is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in i went on the saturday and actually enqured about an early flight home the food was not worth eating so i ate out and the beer was disgusting i dont think they could find any cheaper the pool was only big enough for about 10 people and the entertainment at night was of a very poor standard unless your about 120 years old i would not advise this hotel or anywhere in benidorm ever to anybody what a waste of money from marc.

Five Star Treatment

Stayed Jan 26th to Feb 5th 2004. My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at the Hotel Monaco. We were welcomed by Jose at reception and from that moment we could not fault this great hotel. I had read it was uphill, I am bad on my feet before copious amounts of San Miguel but I can reassure everyone it is a gentle slope from the beach, which is four short streets away. If you turn left you are amongst the bars of the new town, if you turn right you are in the centre of benidorm and 5 mins from all the narrow streets with their shops, restaurants and bars. A superb location. The street is also traffic free! Food was a great selection everyday, the bar is open from 10am to midnight. Only plastic glasses until 6pm so beware if you've got the wobbles. Robert & Terri were great entertainment managers and the boss himself Pepe greated us with a cheerful smile. What can I say other than excellent, brilliant and we will return!

we visited the hotel monaco, between the 29th of november, and the 6th of december, we would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the hotel, from the cleaners, to bar and kitchen staff, to reception, and even pepe himself, the hotel has stuff for everyone, from pool and games room, to a tv and wuiet room for the elderly, the entertainment is second to none, and the food and drink like wise are of top standard, we would be honoured to visit you in the future if possible, and would just like to say a huge, huge well done to all staff, from wayne, marc, and rachel, from room 109, please reply

Spot on!

The Monaco Hotel was BY FAR the best hotel i have ever stayed in! Food was superb, room good, staff were ALWAYS helpful and the entertainment second to none (so good in fact we never went anywhere else in the evening for our entire holiday!! Looking forward to booking up for next year and bringing our friends!!

Would Go Back Again

I stayed at the Monaco Hotel in Benidorm 30th August 2003 to 9th September 2003 with 3 teenage girls, we all shared 1 room but did not feel cramped, there was entertainment on every evening the food was good the hotel clean the pool although small was never crowded the reps Sue and Michele were brilliant over all a good hotel located very central and 2 minute walk from the beach the one draw back was only 2 lifts for the whole hotel all 12 floors of it. Would go back again

the monaco is a very nice hotel clean and tidy excellent food in the resturant ... the rooms are of good size and comfortable ... pool area non slip area needed ..desperatly ... entertainment very good activities are great everyone can join inn a very good holiday was had by all the family

Great package

I went to this hotel in Feb 03 and what a great time was had by my entire family, a comfortable room,great staff and the food was of quite a high standard. the daily entertainment provided by the entertainment team kept all the family occupied for the duration of the hoilday. We have already booked a return visit for later this year. A real home from home.
