    ... to everyone i had dinner with my family, another dinner with my friend, had a Goodbye party. The party was great, thank you all for attending. When the party was over I got into a night bus, fell asleep, got woken up by the bus driver at exactly the same point as where I got on it, only one hour later.     ... stops in Geneva that afternoon, we would not have made it to my dorm and back in the same day. Seriously.

    After settling in, and without our velvet, we set out to explore the city. Mom set the pace which was slower than I had hoped for. I could walk faster but it just meant I had to stop and wait. My fate was set. We walked around the church, the canals and checked out the people. It's Saturday and everybody's here, mostly tourists from Europe for the weekend.     ... business. Last, but not least few, very few people (even very young children) wear helmets and children are commonly transported on bikes that look like wheelbarrows. It was also fascinating to watch young ladies dressed to the "nines" in short skirts and long skirts and 6 inch high-heels tearing up the bike paths, looking so sophisticated and in control.
