Joris has a book his mom gave him when he was about 7 years old with a vlierbloesom syrup recipe in it. The book is really cute with ideas of activities for the kids in every month of the year. They make beer at this museum. Yummy tasty beer of various types that you can try without having to show ID. We purchased a bottle of it on the spot (a 750mL bottle, not a one serving-type bottle).
