Went to the port today with the logistics team. They have a small office there and so visit once a week. It was about a three hour drive but the scenery was really beautiful, lots of forest covered hills, mountains and rivers. It's such an amazingly green country. ... saw gorgeous beaches, beautiful resorts and yoga retreat centres. We stopped to watch some surfers brave the waves over the reefs and were amazed to see and hear the howler monkeys in the trees along the way.

After a day resting in our hammocks recovering from a bit of sickness, we were ready for the quick bus ride to Cahutia.
