        ... drum, an empty can with rocks in it for a shaker, two sticks to hit together and our voices. It was a lot of fun, but I'm not so sure we sounded so great. Oh wait a minute... Did I just admit that?? We sounded phenomenal!! We spent some time climbing a fantastic mountain with a breathtaking view and exotic climbs. We could see the snow topped mountains of Switzerland, along with the valleys of fall coloured trees, with a smattering of houses. Quite the contrast. ...

        ... of the guys on the trip in NZ, and a mad All Blacks supporter. Wasn't too long until everyone made there way down to the bar. After a few pre drinks, we were off to the city centre. The trip in took about 10-15mins. After arriving near the city centre, we made our way to the Piazza del Duomo.         ... check points and finally after 4 hours back to the hotel. We have been very fortunate that the rain has held off.There are statues, churches, museums and streets that I can't remember.
        The Basttistero In fact one could spent lot of time here and is being renovated so we didn't go in. In fact one could spent a couple of weeks here in order to see everything.
        We had our last walk around after supper and then were in for the night.

        Down to breakfast this morning and then packed and checked out 11.00 am . Waited in reception for the Albatross Tours rep to come at 11.45 am. There are 28 people on the tour 19 of which are a "group" from Melbourne.
        We were lucky enough to get the front seat behind the tour guide Antonia. Had a great view as we went down the motorway and saw the first glimpse of the mountains and lakes.

        Stopped at an Autogrill on the motorway which was amazing ...

Back on the bus to the hotel in Lake Maggiore (called Grand Dino), back by 4.30pm, rest the out to a restaurant nearby for dinner with a few of the group, Peter had seafood pasta and I had vegetarian cannelloni. Bought bracelets for gifts back home, walked through to the sister hotel ...
