The food was very delicious as well, we had grilled chicken and afterward I had the chance to try many French pastries. I liked the strawberry éclaire the most out of the group. It was a very good day filled with a lot of great French food and conversation.

For this we needed to purchase another ticket- annoying as we would not have needed to do this if we had not exited the barriers! With trepidation I got in the car. I was not looking forward to driving on the wrong side of the road. However, Stephen managed very well. The only problem was a tendency to want to have his body on the wrong side of the road, ...

... market has a drive-up window just for buying bread. The super market is also where one buys gas (diesel) for the car. She graciously showed us around town and answered our questions. Between my French and her English we communicated OK. However, I did have to go and look up certain phrases and verb tenses I planned to use when we met up once again.
