Do you know what we got for Christmas this year? We got fat. Extra kilograms, additional centimeters to the waist, hips and thighs...hells did we enjoy it! Of course weight gain was not at the top of our Santa wish list nor our ultimate goal of a week 'skiing' in the French Alps. Though when the local 'Spar' supermarket kindly sells you two euro french champagne (close relative of Moet) delicious jamon, cambert cheese and freshly baked baguettes it ...

The weather had been okay in Paris, I mention the weather as I was hoping it was going to be good so that we'd see the impressive French/Italian Alps.
