    ... celebrate with the wonderful Italian Bellini, made with the fresh peach purée and Prosecco. We three live on these drinks when we are in this part of Italy. Our attempt at the Bellini was not bad at all. In talking with Marina, we are going to have to keep practicing, so we can get it perfect, like at the cliff side resort in Ravello, The Caruso.     Boy, last night it was so cold, I felt as if it might snow! Each of us had our warmest woollies on, and sweatshirts most of the night. According to Jacques it is always cold in Palinuri....     ... finding that as we head further south people do not speak much English. The owner was very nice and gave all of us a large dinner plate. Don't know if I will be able to carry home.
