    ... for a bike ride around Levanto. This was good as I could go a lot faster than walking and work out where everything was. I found where I am going to bike tomorrow morning - north along the coast to Bonassola and a bit further.

    ... as there are some very steep ups and downs - the trails are pretty high as there are a lot rock slides and tho the trails look like they go along the coast they are pretty high up the mountain side The trail between Corniglia and Manarola that we did yesterday was the high one through Volastra as the lower trail is closed due to landslide - has been for a few years i think Lunch at Vernazza - delicious as usual - ...
