    ... and long queue that I did something I'd never done before - barged to the front after waiting for 30 minutes... my flight was due to go in 10 minutes and I saw I still had another 30 minutes wait! LOUD English voice and puffed-out chest and I whizzed through. First time for ever that I've gone through without having to get my laptop out...

    ... and disappeared as we got in the lift, so we were unable to tip him. When we got to our room, we saw we had been given a twin instead of a double.
