Boarding the ferry boat was quite the experience, as waves splashed up against the docks due to the high winds at the time. Nearing the front of the crowds, our timing was poor – the largest wave ...

Arriving in Chania for dinner roughly an hour later, the hotel manager gave us some food recommendations for the evening. We headed towards the harbor at sunset visiting many shops along the way.
