    ... It's awesome and noisy and threatening and joyful. Our lives are golden. We get to take it all in. Five pizza delivery motos rotate in and out in front of us.     ... water. While the sea was a bit choppy at first--we rounded the bend and were into the calm waters of the caldera within 30 minutes of departure. Inside we snaked along the caldera walls where the water is deep enough to allow boats to within 50m of the cliff walls. We didn't take many pictures because it was just too peaceful and beautiful to bother with cameras.     ... are now half way through our extensive trip. Two hundred minutes on the ships satellite internet, even with using freebies whilst in port. Every enterprising cafe, restaurant and bar offers free wi-fi if they are near the cruise terminal. The crew do not get any deals on satellite connection time, so they head ashore at every opportunity to contact their families at home.     Weather: glorious. Slip, slop, slap.
    6.30am arrived at the Island of Crete where we disembarked at Ag. Nikolaos (means Saint Nicholas) where Olive Oil products are paramount. The Cretan diet is known as one of the healthiest diets in the world (1/3 largest).
