It really is a bit magical here. The mist and cold and the fairy lights. I keep pinching myself as it does have a little bit of a fairy tale feel being in the middle of it all. Wherever I look it is just the right mix of cute, ancient and pretty all at once. Adam magic. Yesterday we visited the Rijks Museum. Just stunning. We tried to do the dorky I amsterdam sign photo op out the front. Made more ...

As we entered the first area of the house we could see all the rooms bare, but with photos on the walls recreating how the rooms would have been setup during their time there. ... cover that much ground. We were looking at twenty hour train rides, and with our lack of sleep already we decided against it and chose to give ourselves a break! So as of today, here is our bigger and better game plan! We will be in Amsterdam for the next three nights, after that we will still be going to Dusseldorf, Germany as planned and tour around a few cities close by for the day. After that we will be heading up to Copenhagen, Denmark which is an eight ...

... readers, I promise I hadn't smoked anything at this point!! Oh Amsterdam, every day you suprise me! After this wonderful adventure we rode to our favourite pie shop, as it was close by. There we met a guy from Perth who worked there and we chatted for a good hour, enjoying a delicious pie each. So tasty. Unfortunately Elle couldn't have a pie as they weren't vegan, so afterwards we rode to maos, a chain of vegetarian flafel houses which serve flafels in a pocket of Turkish ...
