... on street front closed but one open on station platform- no sign suggesting try upstairs...just closed. All walking trails closed due to weather conditions. No indication when they will open. Bugger! Will hang around in morning and see if they open. Don't like chances cause it's still sprinkling light rain so they won't dry out. Don't know what to do- looking forward to staying in one place for a few days- walk along coast and catch train ...

... should see this place. It is a don't miss. Back for a siesta and then off we went again to the fishing village of Campiglia. Just beautiful, old, true village style, very steep (what IS it about these people and their love of stairs?). It was rainy and cold, our first day of not so good weather but worth the bus trip here. About thirty five minutes of windy, wet roads, most of the time only one width wide...bus driver blasts the horn at ever bend to ...

Our accommodation in SML is the Hotel Villa Anita , it is a short walk up the hill over looking the harbour, not that we have a view . The best part about our stay in SML would have to be the Villa Anita breakfast spread . Every food group is covered , sweet, savoury, fruits, cold meats, fresh salmon, cheeses, pastries, juices ,cereals, cakes even champagne ! I suggested we make a couple of rolls with meat and cheese to ...
