    ... Checkers" mostly the stretch Aerobuses. He would send those beat-up things out to the airport to pick us up, most everyone was afraid to get in them. I however, thought they were the coolest ever and someday I'm going to have one. Well this is my third this time a "Checker Station Wagon" and I'm making it a tricked out cruising hot Rod!

    We just stopped to cut the cheese at Grandpas Cheesebarn in Ashland,OH. Picked up some awesome cheese curds and now are back on the road! It's been raining for the past two hours and looks like we are driving through clouds. Good news is snow is gone and we are seeing grass( even if it's brown...) All is going well and we should be arriving in Dayton,OH in about 3 hours. That's all for now.. -Jumanda ...

Amongst the other various producers we visited, we were given a hot tip on an Amish family who lived the true way and sold quilts out their house which was off the beaten track.     ... was seeing their clothes lines run up to the top of poles. The whole countryside is dotted with little towns, houses over hills and little simple single room schools. We passed several horse and buggies trotting sling on their daily business. After a nice long back roads drive with a couple of stops we came back to the cabin for a restful afternoon, playing a bit of pool on the pool table and of course, kicking the footy outside AND repacking suitcases to get ready for the next move ...

    We woke up pretty early this morning. What a beautiful place we are staying. It is a log cabin built by the Amish it has its ground floor which is an open plan living area with a kitchen with full size fridge and oven, sink etc, table and chairs, couch, comfy rocker plus another lounge chars. Big flat screen TV and a gas log fire....... There is also a full bathroom on this floor. It has stairs going up to a loft which has two queen beds and stairs that go down to ...
