Our 5 days in Tuscany have come to an end. Farewell meal the night before at our restaurant of choice in Radda in Chianti (Le del Chianti) and had one of the best Italian meals I have ever had! ... I had the “Big Tasty” hamburger but it was by no means tasty. Mel had nuggets and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks looked normal on the menu but ended up being deep fried stars with some kind of cream cheese inside… icky.

Although we spent many hours sitting on a bus today, according to the pedometer we actually had our second biggest walking day (next to the day we hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza)…almost 16,000 steps or 10.5 ...

... due to the cleaner not finishing her job. We went to Pisa, it seemed cleaner than what it was last time. So nice to see the kids faces when they first see it. Mum and Pauline seemed amazed too.
