We had a really good rest and Martin spent time with us telling us tourist information. We were late getting out of the apartment as the screen was frozen on the IPad. Sept 11 - last day in Lausanne/ after considering many choices decide to walk the city
It's challenging physcially up and down up and down! The older part is charming and has the most 'personality' - stop for coffee and find myself, by chance, beside a wonderful bookstore Payot - absolutely fabulous selection of books - enough to make me think I should learn to read in french as it would give me double the choices!
