... many photographs. The other monkeys we saw were a Thomas Leaf and some Macaques. It was well worth the money paid and after speaking to a few people we decided not to do a trek. People who had done a 2 day trek only saw monkeys and Orang Utans in Bukit Lawang, once they went deeper into the jungle they didn’t see any more.

Afterwards we went to lots of guesthouses to find rooms. Eventually we got 2 nights at Riverside, the room for the first night was 150,000 rupiah ...
