    ... but when he got to the ATM his cards still didn't work so he was running through the city of Antigua trying to find a the hostel we were staying at so he could find my credit card.     ... you have to ring a bell to be let in. It's only a small place, 4 rooms down stairs, 4 rooms upstairs, set around a little courtyard with a tropical garden. We check in, using our pidgeon Spanish. English isn't widely spoken here, but the few words of Spanish we know are sufficient to get us shown to our room.     ... The ruins of the Cathedral are really huge, lots of conservation work has been done to stabilise the building and it is eerily impressive.
