      ... have gone up in price! Vino and pizza for lunch, che sorpresa! I find I'm annoyed now when people speak English to me, I'm speaking Italian (or maybe not......) Mainland - Tuscany is only 30 mins or so away, €10 people, €50 car. I wonder if people commute? One ferry company have 100 trips to and fro per week starting at 515 am so I'm guessing so.       So there I tracked up the hill soaking wet to get the car and collect Mandy & Jeffrey. Disrobing behind the car into a dry sarong.

      We were given 2 whole fish which Jeffrey and I cooked on the BBQ last night and it was perfect.

      Since we arrived, Janet, the english lady who looks after the Villa for Jim & Claudia has been up most days and has given us some freshly caught Octopus and Swordfish as her two sons are local fisherman.
