    • Gina and Tullio - Cristina's lovely parents (and our's too for the week).
    • San Salvatore which is like a western town - western movies have been filmed there.

... the women there a new and quicker route to my destination today, Oristano. I managed a bus to Sassari, ordering lunch, a train to Oristano and dinner all without English. Along the way I met a friendly old man on the street who walked me to my hotel, another friendly man at the local Duomo, and a pizza chef. All in VERY broken italiano. It has been a very tiring day ensuring that I got everything ...
