    ... from a couple times where it was absolutely necessary to turn right, we turned left.  We got pretzels from a bakery and sat down near the church...the very gorgeous church.  Then we went for a lovely walk along the river where we found boats for each of us that we couldn't afford and went to a chocolate factory.  We needed to head back to Bochum then, because Kai had a dance class...and I have to give it to him- he is a fantastic dancer. Far better than I ever gave ...

    ... it seemed to go ok but I realised later that for such a short I break I needn't have paid for extra luggage, my carry on flight bag was big enough for my needs and could probably last 5 - 6 days with what I can pack into one cabin bag.
