... at out of depth the whole way. The day went like this..

We got up around 5.50am as usual, for a 6.30am start, whereby everybody meet in the veranda at Baraka House, which is where I sleep. Most get there 15 minutes early to do a rolling session with the foam rollers, tennis balls and golf ball! That's the first painful activity of the day. ... and people who actually want to talk to you and not just to try get you to buy things from them! Of course thanks to the large influx of Italians almost all year round, there are plenty of other people here purely to try get you on their dhow or into their shop to buy things too, however where their motto is "Looking is Free", ours has now surely become "Maybe tomorrow"!

It's been much of the same otherwise though - a bit of time spent wandering the village, lunches ...

... general. I was hoping to speak with other backpackers
when I arrived for info so when I bowled up at the hostel and was the only one there it scuppered
my plans a bit and I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel a bit lost and lonely in a city that doesn't exactly have the best reputation for safety - a very strange feeling after the high I had finished on in Brasil.
