    Awoke to a very bright beautiful pale blue light, what you might imagine to be a painters light and the sun sent a golden beam across the water of the lagoon. There were two men fishing with rods in the middle of the water, which at first sight did not seem unusual, until we realised they were standing!! This makes the water about 3/4 feet deep.     ... Phil got back with Tess, the monster motor home behind us opened its back hatch to put their car away! This wasn't a motor home it was as big as a big coach with a garage. It had a winch inside to pull the car up the ramps and within mins they were off.     • Or roughly four times what anyone else charged, in the next port they have quoted 35 euros still not cheap but within realistic expectations.

    Beautiful morning for a walk around the streets & local vineyards - we're even getting very fluent with our Bonjours to locals we pass by on our way.Lazy day spent reading and staying cool as very hot day.     ... get the best angle to capture it. All the buildings surround and protecting it are very close with lots of circular narrow streets. The door was open, wasn't sure whether I was supposed to go in but I did sneek in for a minute. It was quite dark and old inside, naturally. Incredible that this has been here for so long.
