    ... Ephesus. We spent the morning there before catching the bus down to Fethiye. We are very near the beach in a fabulous self catering apartment. So we can do our own food. We have all been complaining like crazy about the dry food here!! No gravy or sauces!!!!     ... happening place, lots of cafes and bars etc. We got time to relax before dinner for a couple of hours, I packed my bag, then met at the hotel for our last dinner together. There were 5 people that were leaving the tour the next day, and 5 new people coming to join the Topdeck tour.     Our drive in the minibus from Kas to Fethiye took us along the beautiful coast again but then we turned inland and over the pine tree clad mountains, passing olive groves, orange and loquat trees laden with fruit, and pomegranate trees in bloom and of course the acres of tomato "igloos". Bee hives can be spotted in many places also. The mountains continue to amaze.

    ... made me chuckle. Joe was going to be my watch buddy, along with Chris, so we’d have plenty of time to make up later My watch was 1am-5am and 1pm-5pm which worked well for me. When I wasn’t sleeping or keeping look out, I was polishing all of the white sections of the deck with a two part polish. It was hard graft (believe me, there’s a LOT of white on an 82 footer!) and I have gone a lovely brown colour in the process.
